Mobile workflow solution for healthcare professionals launches in Scotland

Scottish healthcare professionals will be able to update patient information at the point of care with the launch of TotalMobile Ltd’s workflow solution, TotalMobile App Platform.
The solution collects information from multiple systems to a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Healthcare providers will be able to spend more time on patients, and less time on administrative tasks using the mobile solution.
Health boards in Scotland have been addressing the challenges presented by the Scottish eHealth strategy and the Healthcare Quality Strategy for NHSScotland. The TotalMobile solution aims to support the country’s initiatives in improving care for those living with long-term conditions.

The solution allows providers to log in to the application offline as well, for maximum productivity. Data is secured on the device and during transmission.
