Teladoc, a provider of telehealth services, has acquired AmeriDoc, a telehealth company, for an undisclosed sum…IMS Health, a health IT firm, has acquired Forcea, a provider of business intelligence and analytics services, for an undisclosed sum…Quintiles, a provider of biopharmaceutical services, has acquired Encore Health Resources, a vendor of health IT analytics and technology systems, for an undisclosed sum…Flatiron Health, a provider of health care data aggregation software, will acquire Altos Solutions, a vendor of Web-based software for oncology practices, for an undisclosed sum.

EHR vendor Allscripts reported a Q1 2014 net income of $12 million on $345 million in revenue, compared with a Q1 2013 net income $16 million on $348 million in revenue.
