Health Insurance Innovations, a provider of short-term and limited health plans, has acquired HealthPocket, an online health plan purchasing service, for $32 million in cash, debt coverage, shares and other payments.

Captricity, a vendor of a paper-to-electronic data conversion system, has raised $10 million in a Series B funding round led by Atlas Venture and Social+CapitalValant Medical Solutions, a provider of billing and electronic health record systems and services, has raised $11 million in a funding round led by multiple undisclosed investors.
