Reddy, who will take on the role of chairman at CareTech, said CareTech would retain its brand name and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of HTC under its existing leadership team.

“The addition of a successful company like CareTech, which provides focused IT services and solutions to the healthcare industry, expands our footprint in the USA and allows us to strengthen and broaden our range of service offerings,” Reddy said in announcing the deal. “This is an excellent opportunity to increase job opportunities in Michigan and to expand our services globally.”

This is an exciting time for all of us,” he added.
